3) Press the Forgot Username or Password?

4) From this page enter in the following.

      - Enter in your Username if you have forgotten your Password.

      - Enter in your email if you have forgotten your Username.

      - If you forgot both you will have to enter in your email to get your Username first.

5) From there if you you are trying to get your Username there will be a link sent to the email that is setup on the account.

6) when you open the email you will see the following info.

      - Systems name.

      - Username

7) Press Log in once you get this info to log back into your alarm.com. 

8) If your trying to change your password you will get this email.

      - Press Change Password and follow the instructions.
