DSC-PG9975 Battery Replacement

    To Replace the Batteries:


    Door and window security contact (PG9975).

    Before you start, you will need:

    • One new CR2032 Batteries (purchased online or from a local retailer)

    • 4mm flat-head screwdriver

    To replace the batteries for your Door & window security contact (PG9975), please follow the instructions below:

    1. Make sure the system is disarmed and remove the device from its original position.

    2. Insert a 4 mm flat screwdriver into the slot of the plastic cover, and flex the slot to open that side of the plastic cover.

    3. Insert the screwdriver into the slot on the other side of the plastic cover and repeat the procedure, and then remove the cover.

    4. Insert a new CR2032 lithium coin battery at an angle while observing battery polarity and then press down on the battery.

    5. Replace the cover and put the device back to its original position.

    6. After restoring a low battery trouble, the system may take up to 5 minutes to clear the trouble signal.
