Simon 3 - Disconnecting Battery and Powering Down System


To disconnect the battery back up, press the top of the key pad to open the cover



Take a small screw driver and gently press the tab below to open to the inside



Use the screw driver to open the battery case as per below



Disconnect the lead wires (black and red) by pulling the leads



















            









Disconnect power source




To re-connect, plug battery leads back in (black to black, red to red)
Place battery back in casing
Place cover back on and use screws to secure cover
Close system
Reconnect power supply
