Hikvision - Exporting Video Footage to USB

HOW TO EXPORT FOOTAGE DIRECTLY FROM THE NVR TO A USB STICK

    Log into the camera system


Select playback



Select Camera you wish to obtain footage of as well as date of incident



Select 24 hour option



Click and drag cursor to find footage



Once footage is located, you can narrow it down further if required by selecting  1 hour



Drag cursor to beginning of event you wish to download and select the "Start Clipping" option














When you have reached the end of the required footage, select "Stop Clipping"



Insert USB stick into USB port on the front of the NVR (if the front port is being used by a mouse, there is an additional USB port in the back of the NVR)


Select File Management from menu screen



Select the file/files you wish to download



Select Export


USB should be auto selected 





Select Export


Screen will display "Export Finished" 



Screen will confirm files on drive
To Exit, click Back
Click Cancel
Click X (top right corner) to go back to live screen
