Resistor
missing on smoke detector | Remove smoke detector
from base. (becarefull not to pull too hard as there are
wires connected to the back) check to see if the resistor is on the
back of the device. If missing please contact Support. |

Sensor: cover not on correctly | Remove cover &
put back on. Make sure the cover snaps on completely. |
Motion Detector: Not mounted on the back plate properly | Remove detector off the back plate.
When placing the sensor back on. There are two
latch points (upper and lower). The sensor must grab both to
clear the tamper |
CO Detector: Not mounted on back plate properly | Remove detector off the back plate. Make sure
the sensor is completely flat on the back plate. |
Smoke Detector: Not mounted on back plate properly | Remove detector off the back plate. Make sure
the sensor is completely flat on the back plate. |
