DSC Impassa - Managing Trouble Alerts

On an Impassa system, the Trouble Acknowledgement feature may be used to acknowledge and clear old troubles and possibly override existing troubles, so the system can be armed. To use this feature:
  1. Press [*][2] to enter the Trouble menu.
  2. Scroll left or right using the [<][>] keys to "Trouble Acknowledgement"
  3. Press [*] or [9] to override/acknowledge the trouble.
  4. If a current trouble is overridden (to allow arming of the system), an Override event will be logged identifying the user. For open, faulted, or tampered zones/sensors, use the Zone Bypass feature using [*][1].
If you have any questions about these instructions or you continue to have trouble alerts, contact the Reed Security Support Desk.
