ALARM.COM - Reporting Instructions/Information

Log into the alarm.com web portal via PC or laptop  (www.alarm.com)

On the left hand side of the home page, select "Activity"


You will be able to review recent activity.  Select the drop down menu on the right hand side to get more information on each event.


To see specific activity information, select "filter" from the top right hand side of the display screen. Choose the parameters (start date, end date, time, users, event type etc.)



To access the reporting option - select the "reports" at the top of the page beside the activity menu - select the graph icon on the right hand side to run a selected report or select the pencil to edit your existing report (add new report recipients, change reporting parameters etc.)
Select "add new report" to create new reporting options.


When choosing to run a report, a screen pops up with the selected information - right click to save or print.


When selecting "Edit" you can choose the reporting options, time frame of report and add or delete recipients


To add new reporting options, select Add Report on the right hand of the reporting screen.  From there you can choose other reporting options to add to your list.  Follow the instructions to add recipients
