Alarm.com - Deleting a video device/doorbell camera from client account (2022)

To delete a video device using the Customer app:icn-chevron-up.svg
  1. Log into the Customer app.
  2. Tap Menu. 
  3. Tap Manage Devices.
  4. Tap More next to the desired device.
  5. In Actions, tap Remove Device.
  6. Tap Remove.
To delete a video device using the Customer Website:icn-chevron-up.svg
  1. Log into the Customer Website.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Manage Devices.
  4. Click More next to the desired video device.
  5. Click Remove Device.
  6. Click Remove.
