Log  into Alarm.com

Select "USER" from the left hand side 

On the right hand side of the page, select "add a new user"

Enter the First and Last name and select SAVE

Enter the Pin Code (please note; it cannot be a code already being used)

Select/enable the security panel by using the slider to turn it on.  If there is more than one partition, select all that apply

then select save

Please wait about 5 minutes to ensure the programming has synced and try the code to ensure it is working properly.

Now you are done!!
