Alarm.com - Adding a user to a notification
1) Once you have added a user you will have to click on the notification tab.

2) Once you have clicked on Notifications you will see a page of all your enabled notifications. Click on the pen on the far right in the notification you want that user added to.
3) You will see a list of recipients for that notification at the bottom. To add a new recipient click the add recipient tab.
4) You will see a list of available user you can select.
5) Select the user you are wanting to add to the notification. For example we will select John Smith.
6) Click Close
7) You now see John smith has been added to the list of recipients.
8) Click save
