Kantech Entrapass - Using Batch Load to Add Users

To add multiple fobs/cards to the Kantech system

Log into Kantech system, select USERS

Select CARD

Select BATCH LOAD

Choose DOOR

Swipe CARD/CARD'S

Continue swiping CARDS when done select SAVE

Select the magnifying glass icon and search NEW USER

Double click on the user to EDIT - Click in the Card User Name field and press ENTER to edit the name

Click in Access Level and select appropriate level (edit any other information as required) 

Select Save when finished and continue to next user
